Ingredients
- 1 bottle Clam Juice
- 3 can Minced Clams
- 1/2 medium Onion, diced
- 1/2 lb Bacon. chopped
- 2 Celery Stalks, diced
- 1 quart Half N Half
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 medium Potatoes, diced
- Salt and Pepper
- 1-2 Tbsp Constarch
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Butter
Preparation
Step 1
Brown bacon, onion and celery; add clams, juice, Half n Half, milk and potatoes. Simmer for 1-2 hours. Mix constarch with a small amount of the soup broth, in a separate bowl, until thickeded; add thickened broth to soup over ghigh heat until all soup reaches desired consistency.
