Ingredients
- 1 - yellow cake mix, prepared as box directs
- 1-20oz. Can crushed pineapple ( do not drain)
- 1 - cup sugar
- 1-6 serving size package vanilla pudding ,prepared as directed, (use INSTANT).
- 2 - cups heavy cream,whipped & sweetened to taste1-cup toasted coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Bake cake in a 9x13" pan.
Bring undrained pineapple & sugar to a boil,set aside to cool.
When cake is cool, poke holes in it , using a fork and pour pineapple mixture over it.
Spread prepared pudding over top of pineapple layer. Refrigerate.
Before serving, cover cake with whipped cream& sprinkle with coconut.
