HAWAIIAN BANANA NUT BREAD

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups mashed bananas
  • 1 (18 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dry ingredients; stir in nuts. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well.

Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes at 350deg.
