BANANA BREAD

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 bananas, crushed
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and eggs and sugar until fluffy. Sift flour and soda; add to butter mixture. Stir in bananas and pecans. Bake in well greased loaf pan in 350deg oven for 40 minutes.
