Ingredients
- 3-4 tandoori naan flatbreads (any brand will do, but I prefer Stonefire)
- 1/4-1/3 cup marinara
- 2-4 tablespoons pesto
- 1/2-1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 grilled chicken breast, diced
- 2 ounces canadian bacon, diced
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1-2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cremini mushrooms, halved
- Parmesan Cheese
- Fresh basil leaves, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Spread a thin layer of marinara across the flatbread. Add a few dollops of pesto and blend. Top with chicken and canadian bacon and then as many veggies as will fit. Sprinkle a thin layer of mozzarella on top. Finish with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Bake flatbreads for 12 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
