• 1 1/2 pound extra lean ground beef
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1 package stuffing mix, including flavor pack (any variety)
• 1 can beef broth

Mix all ingredients well. Put into a loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees
