Spanish Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves chopped
  • 1 Cup White Rice
  • 1 Can Chopped Tomatoes or 3 Fresh tomatoes finely chopped
  • 2 Cups water or 1 Can beef broth
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a large dutch oven, add oils, garlic. brown garlic put in white rice & stir until it's all golden brown
Add tomatoes & beef broth or water
salt & pepper to taste
Simmer on low heat until rice is cooked about 30 to 40 minutes
