Ingredients
- 1 Can Crusted Tomato 28oz
- 1 Can Tomato Diced 28oz
- 1 1/2 Cup Roma Tomatoes Chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves pressed or diced
- 1/2 Onion Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Basil Chopped
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper Chopped
- 2 1/2 Bay leaves
- 1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
Preparation
Step 1
In a 8-10 qt pan, combine, canned tomatoes with their liquid, Roma tomatoes, onion, basil, bay leaves, oregano and pepper. Bring to boil over high heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until reduced to desired consistency, 45 minutes to 60 minutes.
