Sweet & Sour Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 cup onion
- 1 cup bread crumbs or 12 soda crackers
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 can pineapple (drain juice)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 Cup Water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ground beef, egg, onion and bread crumbs in a bowl. Roll mixture into meatballs. Set aside.
In pressure cooker pot, mix remaining ingredients except for cornstarch and water. Add meatballs and pressure cook on high for 30 minutes. When timer is done, mix cornstarch and water together in small bowl. Add to meatballs and stir well. Slow cook for an additional 4-6 minutes. Serve over rice.
