Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 1 can low fat cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup milk or dry white wine
- Pepperidge farm stuffing mix
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Spray pan with Pam. Place chicken with swiss cheese on top.
Mix soup with milk OR wine. Pour over chicken.
Top with dressing crumbs and drizzle margarine on top.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350°F.
