- 2 tbsp. walnuts
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp. chopped chives
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, cold

Step 1
1. Place walnuts, parsley, and chives in bowl of food processor and process until finely chopped. Place herb mixture in a small bowl and stir in blue cheese. Set aside.
2. Place cream cheese in bowl of food processor and process until smooth. Add herb mixture to cream cheese and process until thoroughly blended. Spread can be made 3 days ahead and chilled, cover tightly. Serve at room temperature.
