
Ingredients
- 6-8 Chicken Breast (skinless/boneless)
- 6-8 Slices of Ham
- 6-8 Thin Slices of Cheese (Swiss is good)
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Can Potato Soup
- 1 Can Cream of Broccoli Soup
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Butter (Melted)

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken on a board covered in plastic wrap cover the top with more plastic wrap, with a meat mallet, pound the chicken to 1/3" thick .
Salt and pepper both sides (add garlic salt if you like)
Place Slice of ham & cheese on the chicken and fold in half.
In a Hot pan, brown both sides of the chicken and put them in an oven baking dish & set a side.
In a blender or food processor combine all soups with 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup butter.
Blend until smooth, Pour over chicken, cover, Bake @ 350/375 degrees Cover the dish for the first hour then uncover and let it finish baking. About 30 more minutes (approx)
