Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Great dish for the meat lover in mind. If you really LOVE bacon, be sure to wrap both of the chicken breasts completely.

Ingredients
- Stuffing:
- 2 Chicken Breasts per serving
- 4 strips Applewood thick cut smoked bacon
- 1/2 cup Mild/Spicy Italian Sausage
- Fresh Basil Leaves (chopped) to taste
- Garlic (minced) lots of it!
- Onion (minced)
- Garlic and Chive Soft Cheese Spread
- Olive Oil
- Bread Crumbs
- Half Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- Salt/Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Mix stuffing by hand
cut tenderloins and fat from chicken breasts
add stuffing to tenderloin cavity of one chicken breast, place additional chicken
breast on top of stuffing and wrap both breasts together with bacon covering them both.
secure w/toothpics or bakers twine
dust chicken breasts with crushed black pepper
400 degrees for 40 min or until done?
