- 1 1/2 Cups soft white bread cubes
- 1/3 Cup milk
- 1 Egg
- Part 2
- 1 LB Ground Beef
- 1/2 Cup grated Romano / Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Tsp garlic minced
- 1/2 Cup parsley minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- Part 3
- Olive Oil

Preparation
Step 1
Part 1.
Mix Milk & egg, add bread cubes and let stand 15 minutes
Part 2.
Mix well & make into small sized balls.
Part 3.
add Olive oil to pan (non-stick) brown meatballs, add to spaghetti sauce if your cooking altogether.
If you are just making meatballs put them on a sheet pan & bake @ 350 degrees til done
