- 2 cups self rising flour
- 1 tsp. Baking soda
- 1 cups sugar
- 1 cups oil
- 2 large eggs lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. White vinegar
- 1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole buttermilk
- 2 tab. Red food coloring

Make cake. Bake at 350 degrees. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
cup margarine, butter
1 pound confectioners sugar
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
