Sriracha Deviled Eggs

  • 12 eggs
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 4 tsp. sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
  • cilantro, finely chopped
  • kosher salt and fresh ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel and halve them. Remove yolks. Mash eggs gently through a sieve over a bowl. Mix in mayo, sriracha sauce, mustard, vinegar and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste, combine until smooth. Add mixture into a zip loc bag. Cut 1/2 inch on one corner for piping. Pipe mixture into egg white halves. Top with a pinch of cilantro.
