Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 T. poppyseeds
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together until well blended. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Cool and frost with following glaze
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 T. lemon juice
