Ingredients
- 2 packages frozen hashies
- 2 cups dairy sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tab. Minced onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes, crushed (can be omitted)
Preparation
Step 1
Drain excess moisture off of potatoes if there seems to be some. Combine soup, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix well. Add salt, onion and cheese. Mix well. Blend into potatoes. Bake uncovered in oven preheated to 350 for 50 minutes. Don't assemble more than two hours ahead.
