Butter Pecan Bundt Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box butter pecan cake mix
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1 carton coconut pecan frosting
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temp
- 2 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°. Spray bundt pan with flour baking spray. Pour cake mix into large bowl, add the eggs, oil and 1 c water and beat until smooth. Add frosting to batter and beat until evenly mixed. Stir in pecans. Pour batter into bundt pan and bake for 1 hour. Cool completely.
Frosting:
Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar. Then add vanilla and beat until smooth. Cover cake with frosting and decorate with chopped nuts or top with pecan halves.
