- 8 oz spaghetti, cooked
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 eggs-beaten
- 1 c ricotta cheese, or cottage cheese
- 8 oz can Italian seasoned tomato sauce
- 1 1⁄2 c shredded Italian blend cheese
- Grated parmesan

Step 1
Toss spaghetti w/ oil, eggs, & 1⁄2 c cheese. Pour into greased 10” pie plate to form a crust. Spread ricotta over crust, then top with tomato sauce. Bake uncovered for 30 min @350. Top with 1 c cheese and sprinkle w/ parmesan. Bake 5 more min. Cool5min. Cut into wedges.
