Ingredients
- 1/2 C chopped celery
- 1/2 C chopped onion
- 1/2 C margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 C water
- 8 oz cheese whiz
- 10 oz frozen broccoli
- 2 C cooked rice or minute rice
Preparation
Step 1
Cook celery and onion in margarine, add soup water and cheese. Once all combined add broccoli heat until broccoli thaws, combine with the prepared rice.
Place in buttered casserole bake at 350 45-60 minutes
