Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 1 pound baby carrots or cut up regular carrots
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons of brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

In a small sauce pan over medium to medium-high heat cook carrots in boiling water until tender, testing with a fork. When it easy to stick its done.

Drain carrots and put in bowl. In the sauce pan put butter and brown sugar over medium heat. When the butter melts wick the sugar and butter to combine.

Add back the carrots and mix well to coat the carrots and heat.
