HOT CIDER

Ingredients

  • 1/2 gallon cider
  • 1/2 teaspoon bitters
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 12 cloves
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Golden rum (optional)
  • Lemon slices

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer all of the above except rum. Put 1 jigger of rum in cup, then pour in hot mixture. Float lemon slices.
