Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- Tomato Juice
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 tsp. Mustard
- 2 tsp. Vinegar
- 1 Cup Celery, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Ketchup
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Medium Onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ground beef, milk, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, and enough tomato juice so mixture will stick together. Make into patties, brown in skillet, then put into casserole dish. (Patties can also be put on baking sheet and baked in oven.) Combine all sauce ingredients and pour over patties. Bake for 1 hour.
