Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) refrigerated flaky buttermilk biscuits
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 - 2 medium onions, very thinly sliced
  • 1/2 can black olives, drained and sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded or chopped basil
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 oz. feta cheese crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400. Coat large nonstick baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange biscuits on baking sheet about 1/2 inch apart. Lightly coat with cooking spray; let stand 10 minutes.

2. Combine 1 1/2 tbsp. oil and garlic in small bowl. Flatten biscuits. Sprinkle with pepper flakes, gently pressing into biscuits. Brush each with garlic oil and top evenly with onions.

3. Combine olives, basil, rosemary and remaining 1 tbsp. oil. Spoon evenly over biscuits; sprinkle with feta.

4. Bake 10 minutes or until golden. Serve warm or at room temperature.
