PARTY SAUSAGE BALLS

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hot pork sausage
  • 1 pound grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups Bisquick

Preparation

Step 1

Let sausage come to room temperature. Heat oven to 350deg. With hands, combine sausage and cheese in bowl. Add Bisquick and blend thoroughly. Roll into one inch diameter balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake until golden brown or about 30 minutes.
