Ingredients
- 5 Idaho baking potatoes sliced 1/8 inch thick
- 1 finely chopped onion
- Finely chopped dried or fresh
- 3 cloves garlic chopped fine
- 1/2 pint light cream
- Gruyere Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Layer potatoes in 2 1/2 qt. casserole
top each layer with melted butter, chopped onion, rosemary, salt and pepper and 1/3 of light cream - 3 layers in all
Top with Gruyere Cheese and bake 350 degrees for 1/2 hr.
