Garlic Rosemary Zoodles

Ingredients

  • 2 medium organic zucchini, ends removed and spiralized
  • 1 TB fat of choice
  • 2 organic garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 sprig organic rosemary, minced {or one tsp dried}
  • Real salt or Himalayan sea salt, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Heat fat in large cast iron skillet.
Cook garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Add zoodles and saute 3 minutes.
Fold in rosemary. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, another 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and season as desired.
