Ingredients
- Serves 2
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/3 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp raw sunflower seeds
- 1 banana, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
In a cereal bowl, combine all ingredients. Heat in the microwave for 3 minutes.
Note: On the go, combine all ingredients in a sealed container to eat later, either hot or cold.
