Cocoa Pops
When you want to get cozy with a mug of hot chocolate, treat yourself to one of these fudgy blocks.
When you're ready for a cup, place a cube in a mug and stir in hot milk. Store wrapped in an airtight container in the freezer up to 3 months or the fridge up to 1 month.

Ingredients
- 1/2 c heavy cream
- 14 ozs sweetened condensed milk
- 1.5 lbs bittersweet chocolate
- Cocoa powder

Preparation
Step 1
1. Line an 8" square pan w/parchment paper.
2. In a saucepan, heat cream & milk over low heat, stirring, until steaming.
3. Add chocolate.
4. Remove from heat & let melt, 10 min.
5. Return to stove & whisk over low heat until thick & glossy, 1 min., then pour into pan.
6. Smooth surface.
7. Dust w/cocoa powder & let set overnight.
8. Remove paper & cut into 25 cubes.
9. Insert a stick in each (optional).
