  • butter
  • freshly chopped parsley
  • flour
  • salt/pepper
  • lemon

Step 1

Sprinkle sole with salt and pack with ice cubes and 1/2 c water. Soak for about 15 minutes. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.

Butter a casserole and place in oven to heat. Flour fish and put in casserole. Put several pats of butter on top along with freshly chopped parsley. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with loads of lemon juice. Bake uncovered at 450 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.
