Ingredients
- 1 loaf chocolate babke
- 1 14 oz can coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla soy milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt

Step 1
Rip the babka into small bite size pieces and place in a bowl. In a separate bowl,whisk all the ingred. together and then pour over the cake pieces. Let sit for 1-2 hrs,covered. Mix once or twice to distribute the cake. Preheat oven to 350. Spoon the mixture into 12 ramekins. place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 min. Serve warm or at room temp.
