Crock Pot Lasagna

I never knew Lasagna could be so easy to make without sacrificing any flavors, tastes awesome! You have to give this recipe a try, the whole family will be glad you did!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (12-ounce) package oven-ready lasagna noodles
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef and drain.
Spoon 1 cup spaghetti sauce in bottom of 4 quart crock pot. Mix remaining sauce with beef.
Place a layer of noodles over sauce in crock pot, then spread 1/3 of the meat mixture on top. Cover with 3/4 cup cottage cheese, then sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella. Repeat for two more layers. Sprinkle parmesan cheese overtop.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
