- 3/4 lb. Italian Sausage
- 6 cups thinly sliced cabbage
- 3 sliced shallots
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 lb. cooked fettucine
- chives, salt and pepper

Directions
Brown sausage, casings removed. Remove. Add olive oil, cabbage and shallots. Cook for 6 minutes. Add Chicken broth and simmer till tender. Toss in the cooked pasta, sausage, chives and pepper and salt.
