  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 pound chocolate pieces
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Place chocolate in bowl. Place heavy cream in pot and bring to an easy boil. Pour the cream over the chocolate and blend. Add butter and mix well. Allow to firm up in the refrigerator. When firm, take out of refrigerator and allow to warm to room temp. Spread the ganache onto cake
