  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp salt + more to taste
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • Freshly ground pepper

Step 1

Mix vinegar, lemon juice, honey and 2 tsp salt . Gradually blend in the oil. Season the vinaigrette with addition salt/pepper to taste.
