Ham, Egg and Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 slices HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Honey Deli Ham
  • 1/4 to 1/2 avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
  • 2 slices crusty artisan bread, toasted and buttered
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In medium skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add eggs. Sprinkle with salt. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until whites are set and yolks are soft or cooked as desired.

Layer ham, eggs and avocado on toast. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cheese.
