Ham, Egg and Avocado Toast

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 large eggs
- 4 slices HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Honey Deli Ham
- 1/4 to 1/2 avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
- 2 slices crusty artisan bread, toasted and buttered
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In medium skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add eggs. Sprinkle with salt. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until whites are set and yolks are soft or cooked as desired.
Layer ham, eggs and avocado on toast. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cheese.
