Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup of butter or margerine
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet choc. chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts or sunflower seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed. Drop by rounded teaspoons on lightly greased baking sheets.
Bake 10-12 min or till golden brown.
Makes approx. 40 cookies
