Tomato Dills

  • 40 50 tomatoes
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 6 -10 heads of dill.
  • 2 quarts of water
  • 1 quart vinegar
  • 1 cup salt

Preparation

Step 1

Pack tomatoes in jars. Combine vinegar, water, salt & dill. Bring to a boil, pour over tomatoes leaving 1 inch from the top, and eat in 4 – 6 weeks.
