- 2-1/2lb of Ground Chuck Beef
- 1/4cup plus 2tblsp of Lea & Perrins
- 1 - 16oz Can of Tomato Sauce
- 1/4cup of Liquid Smoke
- 1-1/2cup of Ketchup
- 1/4cup of Red Wine Vinegar
- 1Tblsp of Chili Powder
- Koscher Salt and Pepper

Mix Ground beef, 2tblsp of Lea & Perrins along with salt and pepper for 8 burgers
Sauce
Tomato, Liquid Smoke, Vinegar, Chili Powder and 1/4cup of Lea & Perrin along with Salt and Pepper over Medium Heat until sauce thickens...15-20 min
