Ingredients
- 9 cups Corn Chex, Rice Chex, Wheat Chex or any combination of the cereals
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cereals in a large bowl and set aside.
In a microwave bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter.
Microwave for 1 minute and stir. Microwave again for 30 seconds till smooth.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour chocolate mixture over cereal and stir till evenly coated.
Pour into 2 gallon plastic bag. Add powdered sugar and shake bag to evenly coat the Chex mix.
Spread on wax paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
