Italian Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cans mushrooms and juice
  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 can ripe olives and juice
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 3 Tblsp dried parsley
  • 1 bottle Oil and Vinegar Dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Chop all ingredients - Put in tightly covered container, with dressing added. Keeps up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
