Italian Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cans mushrooms and juice
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 white onion
- 1 can ripe olives and juice
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 stalk celery
- 3 Tblsp dried parsley
- 1 bottle Oil and Vinegar Dressing

Step 1
Chop all ingredients - Put in tightly covered container, with dressing added. Keeps up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
