Chicken Tamale Muffins

Ingredients
- 6 cups Maseca for tamales
- 3 cans Chicken broth
- 1 cup Maizete corn oil
- 2 tea. salt
- 1 tea. baking powder
- 1 large rostisserie chicken
- 1 can green tomatillos sauce

Preparation
Step 1
With an electric mixer, blend the Maseca, corn oil, salt, baking powder and the chicken broth to obtain a consistent mixture.
Shred the chicken and marinate in the green tomatillo sauce.
Add the marinated chicken to the mixture and keep blending to obtain a consistent mixture.
Pour mixture evenly into 4" wide muffin molds.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
