Buttermilk Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 c sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 Tblsp flour
- 2 Tblsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cu buttermilk
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in flour, lemon juice and vanilla. Stir in buttermilk and pecans.
Pour pie shell and bake for 325° for 55 minutes.
Store in refrigerator
