- 2 pounds frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 11 x 14 inch casserole or baking dish with cooking spray.
