Texas BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

• 1-24 oz. Bottle of ketchup
• 2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce
• 3 qts. water
• 1 cup of any salsa-my wife's is the BOMB!)
• 1-medium onion (finely chopped)
• 2-tablespoons of minced garlic
• 2-cups of brown sugar
• 1/2 cup of your favorite rub
• 1/2 cup of crushed pineapple and juice
• 2 tbps of worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbps of mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a large pot. Bring sauce to a boil over medium flame.
Reduce heat to simmer for 1 - 2 hours.
