- 4 Russet Potatoes
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp Vegi oil
- 10 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup low sodium Chicken broth
- 2 Garlic cloves

Step 1
Preheat oven - 400 degrees
peel the potatoes and slice off the ends
Cut into 1 inche slices and salt & pepper
Heat on the stove top, a the cast iron skillet over high heat
add the oil and 4 Tbsp butter - add potatoes slice and sear them for 4 minutes until golden brown
flip and add chicken broth and garlic .
cut the remaining butter and add on top of the potatoes. Transfer to the oven and cook until tender. Cook for 30 minutes or until fork tender. Garnish with flaky salt and pan sauce over the potatoes and serve.
