Ingredients
- * ½ cups Olive Oil
- 10 * 10 cloves Garlic
- 3 * 3 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Thyme
- 3 * 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 4 * 4 whole Steaks (your Preference)
- * ½ teaspoons Salt
- * ¼ teaspoons Pepper
- 2 * 2 cups Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Place olive oil in a small preheated saute pan over medium high heat. Add garlic and pan roast until soft, about 5 -10 minutes. Drain and let cool. Add garlic to a small bowl and mash with a fork. Add thyme and mustard and mix well, making a paste.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Season steaks with salt and pepper and lightly drizzle with olive oil on both sides. Cook steaks on a hot grill for 4 -5 minutes each side (you want them undercooked because they will finish in the oven). Remove from grill and place on a baking sheet. Cover each steak generously with the garlic paste. Top with a very generous amount of parmesan cheese. Place in oven and bake 6-8 minutes, until cheese is melted and crusty.
